Senior Infants are currently working on a stunning display of ‘Wonderful Wildlife’. In our recent art lessons, we have made rainbow fish from clay, constructed wiggly caterpillars and collaborated on a truly jaw-dropping butterflies display which we are proudly showing off on our classroom wall. We also made beautiful 3D flowers to decorate our May altar in our Sacred Space.
We have also been discussing the book ‘Have You Filled a Bucket Today?’ when we learned how to fill each others’ buckets, and our own too, by being kind, listening and caring for each other.
In SESE, we learned about healthy eating and focused on the importance of and differences between fruit and vegetables. We discovered some very slimy seeds, and some hidden inside stones!
