The children in Naíonáin Bheaga dressed up in fantastic costumes today to celebrate World Book Day 2023. We had everything raging from a cheerleader to a minion with a few superheroes, princesses, dragons, a pirate, Harry Potter, Mr Bump and Mbappé thrown in for good measure. We were delighted that Alice in Wonderland joined us for her 6th Birthday too!
A special thanks to Rang a 4 for inviting us to join them for some paired reading in their classroom. It was just lovely to see all the children engaging with picture books in such a positive way.
