February in Senior Infants has been a fun month of great learning. To celebrate Valentines, we printed lovehearts and constructed cards for loved ones. To celebrate Spring, we also planted cress seeds and were astonished at how fast our plants grew! Through our experiment, we learned that plants deprived of water and light don’t grow quite as well 😉. We also sampled some delicious pancakes on Shrove Tuesday and even created our own pancake characters, completing a valuable fine motor skills activity at the same time!
