In Rang a 5, we have been exploring 2D shape this week. We spent a very active morning trying to solve pentomino puzzles in our classroom today. There was wonderful collaboration and problem-solving on display and the children applied themselves fully to the task, using mathematical language and encouraging their partners as they worked. The first two pairs to solve the puzzle were rewarded with a Maths homework pass for this evening!
...and here are our junior entrepreneurs busily designing and creating labels for our packaging! We are busy preparing all of the elements and gearing up for a hugely successful showcase day in May!
