Rang a Sé had an early start on Saturday January 20th, as they set off for Mary Immaculate College, Limerick at 6.15am. It was an absolutely wonderful day from start to finish. The children presented their project entitled “Are We Truly Listening When We Are Engaging With Smartphones and Tablets?”, with confidence, clarity, enthusiasm and charm and received terrific feedback from their judge. They also participated in workshops entitled “Spectacular Chemistry”, “Gross Slime” and “Spectacular Science of Water”. We stopped in Supermacs Mallow on route home for a well-earned, richly deserved treat. Many thanks to Ms Lucey Murphy and Ms de Bháill for coming along and making it such an enriching experience for all.

Ms. Roberts.
